For one of the projects we undertook at Adidas, we were tasked with exploring an efficient method for creating digital avatars suitable for fitting digital garments, cloth simulations, and scanned shoe fitting.
In the case of one of the avatars we developed, we aimed to enhance realism by implementing digital hair systems that were strand-based rather than geometry-based, allowing for more accurate simulation.
We also conducted some research and development to determine if we could establish an efficient pipeline for the look-development process.
