With an overall timeline of +/- 6 weeks, and additional retail deliveries, we made use of motion capture data to let the apparel take the main stage, which also meant avoiding the uncanny valley of producing digital avatars.
We worked in unison with a digital apparel designer who provided us with all the correct blueprints and 3D data to bring the outfit to life. The final deliverables being used both online and offline within a retail environment.
We were responsible for character research and development (R&D), a significant portion of the motion capture, and the simulation of the digital garments.
